Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Architonic AG uses Google Analytics in its Virtual Showroom. This is a web analysis service of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are stored on your computer, to perform an analysis of how the website is used. The information determined by these cookies (time, location, pages accessed and anonymised IP address) are sent to Google and stored in the USA. Google uses the information to evaluate the use of the Virtual Showroom and generate reports for Architonic AG.

Artisan Interiors values the trust that clients place in us when they supply their personal information. We promise never to share this with a third party for marketing purposes. We will only share information with a Government agency when obliged by law to comply with an investigation into or the prevention of fraud. In order to complete the delivery of your purchase, we will pass on your name, address and contact number to the trusted delivery company contracted to carry out the delivery of your purchase.
4. COMMITMENT TO DATA SECURITY
When purchasing from our website, we obtain limited information about your payment card from our payment processor, such as the last four digits, the country of issuance and the expiration date. Currently, our payment processors are Stripe and PayPal. Stripe and PayPal uses and processes your complete payment information in accordance with their privacy policies.
